We love HIE. Always consistingly good. Love the breakfast. Staff was so pleasant and helpful.
I have young children and the pool had a leak and limited swimming time. Not good for the kids. Not happy.
The air conditioning quit about 1:00 in the morning. Couldn’t change rooms till the next day. So we lost sleep and miserable.

They were not very friendly. Pool had a leak. Had to wait two hours before the kids could swim. The hotel is not very handicapped, hallways are very small to accommodate my scooter.
Everything is great!
Wish they gave more towels for the room to shower.
