I had 8 rooms reserved and all guests were very happy with their stay. I wish we would have had more time to stay to enjoy the facility, especially for the cost.
This reservation was made back in February. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that our room was not ready. It was 4pm and it should have been. When I asked why other people were getting into their room, Nala said that they had a different size bed. I asked to speak with the manager and she was quite rude and told me to have a seat and wait. THe manager of the restaurant, Eileen, asked what the problem was and I told her. She told Nala to get Olivia so that we could take care of this. When Eileen walked away, she rolled her eyes and said "she is only the restaurant manager". I did not appreciate he tone or demeanor and it was not good for the hotel either. The manager finally came down and we got into our room at 4:30pm. I think that this situation could have been handled better and I truly did not appreciate the disrespect that I received from the front desk. Will I stay at the hotel in the future, most likely, as long as I don't have to go through this situation again. The room was nice and the restaurant and service was excellent.
The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Restaurants were fantastic.
