Forgot my toilet kit in the bathroom.It was found .had lots of difficulty having it shipped back to me.Finally after speaking with a manager,Chris,he promised to ship it fast and with no charge to me.Hope it will happen soon.
We got to the Sheraton snd couldn’t stay there because they had a fire this week. They sent us to The Inn at Penn. Everyone was very nice and accommodating!
This hotel is wonderful, with some the nicest, most considerate staff ever. Their concern after the "fire" was exemplary.
