Host we’re nice but even the new room no hot water in the shower.
Upon arriving the hotel was under renovation. It was dirty and unsightly. We requested a full refund and was assisted by the evening staff. This particular person was exceptional and went above and beyond to see we were refunded by the 3rd party we booked from. There should be more people like her.
They are doing renovations and the entire place smelled like weed. If we could've have cancelled we would have.
