Every year we travel at least once a year with our dog and we stay here. The staff is always so nice and they have pet friendly rooms with easy access to outside doors. The rooms are really clean and quite large.
Room was clean and the king bed was comfortable. The breakfast bar was good. All the staff were very nice.
we asked for a ground floor room for the elderly. However we were given a 2nd floor room, which was available through elevator. that was ok, but the bath area did not have handicap bars inside the shower.

We had a dog with us and she was having surgery at UT the next morning and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I locked myself out of the room, was quickly given another key with a smile. Then I went down to ask for a blanket, again, given without hesitation. Room was clean and neat. Thanks for everything!
