This was one of the best casino resorts I have ever stayed at and I have stayed a many. The cleanliness, friendliness and comfort of the rooms and casino floor was an experience we were all very happy with. It was our first visit and I assure you it will not be our last. Even though it was a long drive from home we know it will be on our future travels again. Thank You !
I was there in the in 1997 Fort McDowell. Beautiful for the tribes! Bravo.
I totally messed up my booking. Only booked one night when I meant to book 2. Several phone calls and emails later, I still couldn't get it fixed without cancelling the reservation, losing the money I paid for the night and paying for two new nights. So, we got to the hotel to check in for our one night and I told the clerk what had happened and that we really wanted to spend two nights. He looked into the reservation and advised me that I had booked through Expedia, not the hotel and that's why I was having so many problems. But I booked directly from the hotel's website. Turns out, it's a simple click and not that obvious that you are not where you expect to be when you click on the link to book now. The clerk not only booked us for that 2nd night, he merged the two reservations so that we didn't have to leave the room we were in, though I did have to check out and immediately check back in the next day. Every staff member we met while there was awesome. Friendly. Helpful. Courteous. We'll definitely go back to that hotel.
