We arrived around 12:00AM after a flight delay from OH, Payed for parking brought all our stuff in just to be told they sold our pre paid room.
Definitely would come back. It was very comfortable, food and restaurants were great.
My daughter's bed didn't have any sheets or blankets or even pillows. I called guest services and they took until 11:30 AT NIGHT TO GET ME ANYTHING and still never gave us a blanket, just three bedsheets and one pillow! SOOOO many hidden fees, I got charged more money in fees than I paid for thr room itself and they're still charging me money! I got charged another $30 just this morning and I stayed there a week ago. I will NEVER stay there again. EVER!
