I booked a room for my and my husband’s anniversary. The room I booked was a King bed. They gave us two double beds and would not change us to another room. Separate beds for our anniversary, how romantic. They also did not offer any compensation. Ruined my anniversary. We then called to check out late at 2pm, to which they agreed and then we were woken up to someone knocking on the door at 11am telling us it’s time to leave. We had an awful experience and will never be back.
