My stay was a very pleasant one and staff from the time of my arrival were nothing but helpful and professional. Lucy, a worker there, took the time to listen to the loss of my mother. A total stranger felt my pain and shared her experience with me and her words are helping me at this difficult time in my life. Thank you, Lucy, once again.
Minimum staff working, airport shuttle limited in time and people, not cleaning rooms daily, mattress old, etc etc.
The clerk who checked me in was very condescending. When I asked if there was complimentary coffee, he stated, "This is not a berista" When I tried to buy a snack he he did not help me and instead played on his phone. The breakfast was cold at 0800 am. The room was clean but someone was smoking in an adjoining room. I usually stay here when I go to the airport. I will try another hotel because of this experience.

It was convenient. Had a cancelled flight with no place to stay. Airport Shuttle got me to and from. just what I needed for an unplanned stay due to flight delays.
Clean and very comfortable beds, good quality bedding. Reasonable rates. Bright and inviting. Reasons priced restaurant on site. Only complaint is breakfast only starts at 7:00, which is too late for early flights. 5:00 am start for breakfast recommended. Stayed there two nights and could not order breakfast prior to shuttles’s airport arrival. Free airport shuttle…15 min. ride.
Clean, bright ambience in foyer, restaurant on site is reasonable. Shuttle to airport available.
