From the minute Carlos picked us up at airport he explained the area with things to do, a local app fir free shuttle and hotel policies. Never have we had a driver be so thorough. Alex checked us in when arrived and the same level of service was provided. Restaurant food and drinks were very good. The rooms need some updating but where that is lacking service was exceeded. Can't wait to come back later this month.
