This was our 2nd stay in less than a week. The first being on Sept. 4th, after a four day stay in an area hospital. The young woman who checked us in that evening was outstanding, very kind and caring. I wish I had gotten her name. My husband was now on a very restricted diet and hadn't eaten before we left the hospital, so I was on the hunt for something nutritious and on his diet. I ran into Robin, who was so kind and gracious and shared her knowledge of the cardiac diet my husband was now on and directed me to where I could find something for him to eat. So, so very kind. And then that wonderful young woman was there when we checked in on the 8th for my husband's early doctor appoint on the 9th. And when we checked out on the the 9th, Kevin was so very kind to help me get a reservation for the 17th for another early doctor's appointment on the 18th. Living in Illinois and being two 1/2 hours from home, coming to Indy under such a stressful situation, it is a blessing to be treated with such kindness. Your staff is amazing. Oh and your hotel? It is a blessing to be able to lay our heads down on a soft and clean bed, such a nice room, calm and peaceful and clean. Parking was great also.

Breakfast was underwhelming. Food in bar was cold. Omelet station,sausage and bacon was excellent. Staff was very courtesy.
I'm sorry to say this place is going down. My family and I visit every year. three years ago we hosted my grandmother's 100th birthday party in one of there conference rooms. Everything went off without a hitch. Family was here from all over the US. Many stayed there in the hotel. Well, we didn't receive any type of discount for 11 rooms. We let that go. Returning every year since then it's always something wrong. 2024 there was one elevator working out of 4. This year two out of four and that was some time. One of the rooms the tub was stopped up. Maintenance showed up at 11pm. They changed the room. Opened the door you could smell the the mold and mildew. After the 3rd room, I'm just shaking my head. After three years in a row two rooms each time. It's time to change. Only thing they have at this point for me is a friendly staff.
Easy Check In. Wonderful breakfast with made to order omelette. It was delicious. Restful sleep. Friendly staff.Great stay.
Our stay was perfect. The breakfast was very good and the staff was excellent! The staff we encountered was very professional and courteous and nice.
Overall the stay was great. Pool was very cold so we were jot able to enjoy it with our son!
As a person who experiences a disability and travels with the ServiceDog, I found the embassy accommodations meeting my needs and excelling in their service. Front desk clerk greeted me with a genuine smile, professionalism and sense of humor.

Our room was booked as a king bed and a king pull out. It was not. It was a full or queen pull out and there were no linens. It was late and we needed to put children to sleep. We had to call for linens.
Friendly staff, clean room. Love the separate living area.
