Our check in process was great friendly and answered questions we had. We requested a shuttle after dropping off our rental and the process is to call from the airport train station when you are there. We were on hold for 25 minutes simply before anybody picked up. That’s way too long on hold to request the shuttle.

I found the room to be clean and well maintained. And the staff to be very nice and welcoming.
Room was clean comfortable restruant prices were pricey.
Efficient check in. Clean room. Quite property. Easy access to airport, our favorite place to stay when in Phoenix.
