I should have read the description better. Assumed continental breakfast was included. It was extra so we passed on it. Looks like a typical continental breakfast though. Our last night there the fire alarm went off several times for short periods. Apparently there was a glitch. It can happen so not really upset, but it did affect our sleep that night. Staff were very nice. Also, they only clean the rooms very other night. I like getting into a fresh made be and having clean linens daily when on vacation. I’m sure they would have cleaned daily, if asked.
The best part is having the bathroom very clean!
This Hilton Garden Inn is exceptional for service, cleanliness, comfort, aesthetics, outdoor surroundings and dining. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay.
Did not have Chardonnay at the bar. Room was not cleaned for my second night stay nor was coffee replenished. A/C was extremely noisy. Cannot in good faith recommend.
Love staying here! Everyone on their staff is top notch! My husband and I have had wonderful times here on several different occasions. I can’t say enough about how pleasant ALL of the staff is. Our rooms have always been clean and fresh! And here’s a bonus tip…order the lemon pepper honey wings! OMG!
The evening staff was very accommodating when I asked for extra waters and dinner in our room. The salmon dinner and salads were fabulous 👌. In the morning the lady at the front desk and breakfast area, actually fixed me a breakfast plate to take upstairs to my room. I believe the staff went over and above in their helpful friendly attitude!
