Quiet, clean and safe. Kinda confusing on where and how to catch a ride share, but asked and figured it out. We entered the Airport Marriott by taking an underground shuttle, then riding up an elevator into the hotel's Lobby level. This hotel is very well connected. Loved our stay.

We arrived after midnight on a delayed flight on United from Vancouver, they did not explain voucher system and we had booked this hotel in anticipation of the voucher to be given in Houston. Long story short we had to pay for room but Mr. Perry Bryant was so nice and compassionate, he gave us access to the MB club so we could get drinks and have breakfast in morning. It was appreciated. He was a welcome presence after that very long day we had. I would stay at this Marriot in a heartbeat. It was clean, quiet, very nice and bed was awesome Mr. Bryant was an exceptional employee who gave exceptional service.

Family stayed here before an early flight the next day; dinner reservations on went off like a snap; they even decorated the table and made a sign for us; food was good, with lots of options for dietary requirement and for kids. Went the extra length to ensure a wonderful experience.
We found the welcome professional and very friendly, the hotel room very fine, super clean and the bed a perfect balance of firm support and a cushioned top. Furthermore, having a fine restaurant available right in the hotel with key for us and the food was above our expectation, perfectly cooked vegetables, delightful fish and for me a perfect salad with grilled shrimp. Same thing with breakfast in the morning in particular, George and the manager Eduard Cabrera were helpful and very friendly and the options lovely: omelette cooked to order and unlike many buffets we have experienced, all the fruit was cut up beautifully and perfectly ripe. The Marriott at the airport will forever be arrival choice after a long flight from New Zealand. Bravo!
