Shunie was very polite and courteous. It has been awhile since I have been to a hotel and receive that type of service thank you. Went to breakfast and asked for salt and pepper and the lady said ma'am there it is right in front of you by the microwave, but the way she said it was so gentle and with a smile, don't laugh but I looked around like she talking to me? When I say very nice and polite, do you know the last time I've been to a hotel and received that with a smile? Years! Thank you so much and it was a pleasure to stay here. I WILL BE BACK for sure. Please give them a raise or title change and please give recognition to the top, it's well deserved.
We stayed on the 3rd floor. The A/C was working so great that we had to turn it off in our room! We never had to have any all night long and it is August! Amazing!
