The room was not clean. Beverage rings on the bedside table, garbage on the bathroom floor.
Booked because of Bring Fido rating. Was told during reservation call that the dogs stayed free. At the check in desk there was a sign that said “No Pets” and was informed that there was a $75 fee for the dogs. There was no consideration or response—simply a look that said “I don’t care, take it or leave it.” Never again!
Heidi was at the front desk and we complained of bedbugs because my family woke up at 1:30 am scratching. We took the sheets off the bed and it was hundreds of bugs crawling under the fitted sheet. I notified the assistant General manager Amanda Benz and when she told me there was nothing she could do I notified the general manager Chelsea Baines she also in a nice way said there's nothing we can do. This totally ruined my Christmas trip.

Excellent! Clean, spacious, comfortable bed, easy to control room temp, free coffee.
The staff was very friendly and gave us a great dinner suggestion.
Customer service and customer communication and customer care was excellent.
The property was clean and quiet and the price was reasonable especially for last minute use. We had to get off I-85 when the rain from the storm came.
I was some hesitant only because of some reviews, but was told to not judge that alone. So glad we didn't! Enjoyed our stay.
