Location is fabulous and staff is incredible.
Due to missing our connecting flight we had to book a hotel in a hurry and Im so glad we chose Holiday Inn in Missoula. The airline lost our luggage and the hotel staff came to our rescue. They helped us out with toiletries and took us to a shopping center to get supplies. Amazing people and thank you so much. You made a stressful time into an enjoyable trip.
Love the hotel, breakfast, proximity to the University.
We love this location right next to the river trail leading to the beautiful carousel and the Dragon Hollow playground. We often travel with our 3 year old grandson and we always have our dog, so finding these two amenities along with free parking and a walking trail is amazing. Breakfast is also great. The breakfast staff person is wonderful, the food is tasty and our grandson eats for free. Win win!

I had a service dog with me. I love the way the doors open to the rooms. You wouldn't think that mattered until it matters. I'll be back! It was a great stay.
Staff were excellent; however, recently remodeled room was underwhelming. It was clean; however, dim lighting throughout, no microwave, plain walls, couch was not comfortable and overall pretty bland. Unfortunately, no longer the cozy feel they used to have.
The hotel was clean. Friendly staff. Our room was extremely hot. It stayed at 78 degrees. We could not get it to cool down. We told the front desk and they were unable to help. The breakfast was awful. The eggs tasted really weird.
