Could not use jacuzzi as it was not for use the three days I was there. It would have been beneficial as the weather was in the teens.
I was stuck overnight in Minneapolis due to flight delays and the hotel staff was wonderful to work with! They helped me quickly reserve a room and their shuttle service to and from the airport was friendly, clean and safe. The room was clean and quiet and the staff was helpful with check in and check out.
