Front desk not very friendly. If not for a gentleman from HR, not so good. Room very nice could not turn on the tub water and surprised everything cost, water, parking.
I had a spacious room with a beautiful view of the city. The staff were always helpful and friendly. The location was convenient across the street from a lovely park and a vibrant cycling event. Breakfast was delicious and I was able to get cab service to the airport right outside the lobby door. I would definitely stay again.
I can’t tell you how many problems I had making a reservation. After three attempts I finally was given a reservation, but it turns out it was for the wrong day. I haven’t stayed there yet. My reservation was supposed to be for June 20. I’m hoping I can get a refund for being charged for a day. I was not there.

Property, especially guest bathroom, needs to be updated. Discoloration in shower molding. Cabinets show much wear. Bed very comfortable. Housekeeping did great job. Front desk very friendly.

I'll probably never stay at another hotel in Portland. I love the doubletree.
