The view from our room was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. We had dinner at the Ship Tavern. Our breakfast the following day at Ellington’s was excellent. Our waitstaff (Dawa and Sonmy) were excellent and the food was fresh and delicious. Our room was very nice. The staff at the front desk was lovely.
Two showers no hot water. No cleaning service in my room I was told I had to request it only nobody told me that when I checked in I was staying in a suite with no amenities. The elevators were dirty and the light wouldn’t go on so you didn’t know if it connected. You can’t pay cash for anything. My sister’s room her air conditioning is not working the toilet seat in the ladies room on the first floor by the ships tavern had broken toilet seat The building itself is beautiful, but they need to maintain it.
as seniors we need two comfortable chairs in our room instead of just one, plenty of room. parking charge outrageous!
