Good pool! Our room was nice. Very nice lobby and fireplace sitting area outside. They also provided a crib when we asked which was appreciated.
Amazing!
I found the parking to be quite expensive at $22 a day and breakfast was $25 per adult. This was not included in our stay.
Beautiful property, great accommodations, most gracious staff and walking distance to many good restaurants!

Fees charged that desk were not able to explain and were not able to document. Gave me a receipt for $94 dollars and immediately charged my card $170. Told me about adding fees for Expedia even though I booked and paid directly through Hyatt website. Told me I was billed a deposit daily. Told me I would be refunded fees at checkout, etc. I will send documentation and credit card charges to State of California.
Commodities in room didn’t work, charged for everything, no accommodations for unavailable services, even had to move rooms with no help. No to satisfied.
No transparency switch multiple unstated fees. Otherwise a nice hotel.
The staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Bejamin, GM, calmed me during an emergency medical situation with my daughter. He knew how to handle the chaos. The very best GM!
