Filthy smelled no hot water first and last stay.
Horrible place to stay. We had no hot water for three days and were given one towel for three people. I contacted the desk and the lady came to my room and said to run the water for 20 minutes so it can get hot. That is not how a water heater works! What is more, the tub filled up with cold water after five minutes so running the water for 20 would have flooded the room. The drains needed to be cleaned. I had to use the floor mat to dry off with and no one serviced the room the entire stay. No breakfast provided unless you want the one spoiled yogurt they have. Also, they served gravy and stale biscuits for their “breakfast”. They need to remove the breakfast listing they have. Every time we went out of the room we had to have our key cards reprogramed. There was trash that was overflowing outside and the property was overall filthy. The entire stay was regrettable.
