Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. The friendliest faces we have ever experienced in a hotel stay. When Expedia wouldn’t help us alter our reservations arrival date due to a change in our baseball tournaments schedule change, the front desk staff made sure our needs were met without hesitation… When other visitors were hoarding all of the luggage carts in their rooms, the staff helped us and other families bring luggage, coolers and even my kids medical equipment down when we were checking out, even going back up to our room to make sure we hadn’t left anything. The rooms were extremely clean, the breakfast was excellent. Definitely would stay at Fairfield in Columbus Ms again!
