Everything was great during our stay at the Riverside Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and very very friendly! Our room was in the older building and we were upgraded to a larger room at no extra charge. No complaints at all about the room as it was clean, roomy and comfortable. The pool was a plus! Location is excellent with many restaurants and shops all around. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
Super location. Super staff. Rooms are fine. The only thing is that the mattresses are not up to Hilton/Marriott standards. Everything else is great!
My family and I have stayed at the Riverside for 18 straight years around the winter holiday season except 2020 due to Covid. We always have a great time and the staff from the valets, room service and front desk are top notch. The addition of the Boathouse restaurant a few years ago was great and this year we were presently surprised by the upgrade to the executive tower. Thank you Riverside.
We had a spectacular room and view. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays. We enjoyed a delicious meal at Wild Sea Restaurant. All hotel workers were gracious, polite and friendly. Will be returning as soon as possible ❤️.
Love sitting on the balcony and watching the boats on the river while sipping some wine.
This hotel has a fantastic bar/restaurant right on the New River. It is also located by Stop One for water taxi service. The street side is great too with many bars and restaurants and shops. We loved our tower room and absolutely enjoyed our stay in Fort Lauderdale!
Would highly recommend this hotel. We were running from the hurricane Milton. Staff De De and Miles went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Rooms were neat, clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff very pleasant asking what we needed and etc. we hope to return to hotel when we can enjoy it more without the stress of a hurricane. Thank you Riverside Hotel for all you did for us and the several others that were there from the west coast of Florida. Thank you DeDe and Miles for taking care of my special need.
