Every person we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. One staff member in particular, Regina Hernandez, spent a lot of time trying to help me with an issue resulting from an accidental double booking.
The gym is well equipped.

Great hotel with a great staff. Always pleasant and very trustworthy. My wife and I stayed there for months for her cancer treatments and I am so glad we stayed there! You won’t be disappointed. Got questions, ask you will get answers!

I want to thank everyone at Marriott Medical Center in Houston for taking such good care of us. They kept extending our stay when we needed them to— no problem. The valets and shuttle drivers were wonderful; Men who not only care about the customers, but see each need and addresses that need with kindness. They got me to every medical appointment on time. I’m truly in awe. They made a bad diagnoses not so bad. I highly recommend.
