This hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to nearby theme parks, has an outdoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center, and features a poolside bistro with a bar/lounge and a pool view.
First and foremost, the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. I found hair in the bathtub and did not feel confident using the bedding due to cleanliness concerns. As a result, I had to use towels and even my own sweater to cover the pillows and bedding. As someone who uses a walker, I had difficulty using the bathtub due to the lack of an accessible shower. I was told a shower chair was not available and instead, I was given a portable toilet seat that did not fit safely or properly in the tub. It’s clear this solution had not been tested for usability and it added unnecessary discomfort and risk to my stay. Additionally: • A $90 incidental hold was placed on my card and I have yet to see confirmation of its return. • I booked a room with two beds anticipating additional guests, who ultimately could not attend. I was still charged $6 per person, which feels unfair since the room accommodates four and I stayed alone. • When I inquired about switching to a single queen room, possibly with more appropriate accessibility features, I was told the price would not be adjusted—despite the downgrade in bed type and reduced occupancy. Due to my conference schedule, I was unable to address these concerns in person, but the experience left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. It affected both my comfort and the enjoyment of my trip.
