A good place to stay near airport with a decent breakfast every morning that is included. Everyone was polite and service was as expected.
When we checked our and told the desk clerk our issues, we didn't even get an apology.
I always stay here and use the Park and Ride service when flying out of DSM Airport. The hotel is always clean and dependable.
This hotel is very suitable for park and ride to airport. The desk clerk at check in was extremely kind and patient as our grandson was being kind of a pill when we checked in. She was very helpful with arranging our shuttle for the next day. They even put out their free breakfast at 4:30 AM! The shuttle was on time and driver very helpful and courteous… Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean.
Was a pleasant stay. Easy to book and employees were very helpful and friendly.
This is a great hotel to stay at if you are flying out of the Des Moines airport. It was clean and the breakfast was good. The parking lot was a good place to park my car and the Keck shuttle to the airport was excellent. Thank you!
