Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. I will recommend them in the future.
Wished I would have read reviews first. Floor of the bathroom was filthy with a pile of dirt behind the door and would not suggest going barefoot in the room. On a prepaid room I was charged $100 deposit on check in date which was to be refunded at check out next day. Charge went through exact day of check in and deposit of refund took over a week after three phone calls to hotel clerk and one call to my charge card. When staying in Indianapolis again, it will not be here.
Walking into the facility, the lobby and breakfast area looked nice. Once we left to go to our room there seemed to remodeling going on in the opposite side of the building from where our room was located. The hallway floor was dirty with dirt and debris. Our room seemed to be clean and an attempt at remodeling had been done, but very poorly. Dried paint spots were all over the bathroom floor, the paint job was not well done or complete looking. Remodeling around the tub was not complete with open areas around it in the floor area. New caulking needed to be done or cleaned up around the tub drain. There was not a clock in the room. The bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel sets right off of I65 which meant quite a bit of heavy traffic sounds/noise. We have stayed in several Baymont hotels over the years and have greatly enjoyed our stay. This is not a hotel I would stay in again.
