1. In the middle of the Medical area 2. Great Morning Buffet w exceptional service 3. Very clean facility..even the parking lot.. that has a monitor.
I had to extend my reservation due extended stay in hospital. Original booking was through Booking.com and the hotel staff worked with me to stay in the room for three moe,nights then didnt charge for the third night when I was able to leave hospital today.

Clean, Friendly
The room was very clean, smelled good and temperature control was great.
The rooms are very comfortable and spacious and clean. Having a kitchenette was very helpful to accommodate my dietary needs. And the staff was very kind and helpful. We will stay here again.

I would not recommend using your hotel, if agency in CA is used to booked the room.
The cleaning crew was very courteous when they were working. The staff working at check-in was helpful and nice.
Had an excellent stay at the Doubletree hotel like we always do. Tatiana in the front desk did an awesome job of checking us in and checking to ensure our stay was great. She was very knowledgeable and her customer service skills were excellent. On our next visit we will make sure to visit with her to ensure our stay at the Doubletree is fantastic.
I was double billed and when I disputed it DT said they couldn’t refund because I had used a 3rd party for my reservation.
Was flat out lied to about breakfast and parking being included. Front desk staff no help! Recently stayed at Double Tree two week earlier for AAU Basketball the cost was extremely high!
bed On 11th floor, no hot water in 30 minutes. Your clerk intentionally placed me there. Cafe hours suck Shuttle great.
Cafe and shuttle were good. Cleanliness and lighting were good also.
