We booked when our power went out due to a storm. We needed an additional night and we were accommodated at the last minute. So happy you take pets! Enjoyed the on site restaurant and staff! Thanks to Winter at the front desk for helping us, as my husband needed electricity for his medical equipment and we had nowhere else to go! Thanks for taking care of us in such a horrible situation!
had to check out early. 3rd party said it was up to front desk too allow it and front desk said it was up to 3rd party. they checked me out and never refunded my night stay that I didn't use.
