Harrah's Lake Tahoe is kind of a Lake Tahoe icon. Location is perfect. Staff friendly and helpful. Room service and front desk requests very prompt.

Nice that it had two toilets could have been cleaner but it was ok. I didn’t like that I was promised 8 dollars for parking and was charged 20. And was told if available we would have got a nicer room but was told it will cost 30 dollars more per night. The pool was nice, restaurant was nice.
Rooms need remodeling.
Had to move to 3rd room day of check in. Rooms were not services until I asked at the front desk repeatedly. Worst service I ever received at Tahoe.
