From the power outage and so much chaos the front desk manager kept her and her colleagues in good spirits helping patrons. We were happy they took our two dogs in. It actually made it fun for us our dogs and the kids visiting our pets. We were happy in our room actually surprised that it was so quiet with all the dogs in the hotel. We loved the breakfast and the coffee and met other guests that were also happy. It would have been nice to get the 30% discount for being local. I was happy to be there and well taken care of. Patrons are happy when the employees are happy and rooms are clean. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

We had a great time..the rooms are clean and beautiful..everyone loves the water park..food and drinks are great..for me..77 year old..I miss athe Caoe Codder gift shop..I like to buy something but I am too old for the Margaritaville gift shop. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving..thank you.
Totally enjoyable stay.
Nice rooms, pool is small, not many activities. Fun, but not worth 600$ a night.
The Waterpark was a fun experience. Good for all ages.
