Denise at the front desk who is the head of housekeeping is an asset to your place. She helped us with several issues and she is incredible and her customer service is second and none.

accommodations were satisfactory. I was staying at the hotel for a hospital stay. Evidently Expedia got between Hilton and my booking without my being aware that I was booking through Expedia. I did not get the hospital rate. Cleaning was minimal and one day I had to go to the registration desk to get towels, facial tissue and bath tissue replaced. Booking the room for a hospital stay I was concerned about cleanliness and the facility did not measure up to my expected standards.
