Comfy and luxurious as always. Always super clean and relaxing. The rooms have the best beds and bedding. It always feels like a vacation when I stay.
Booked two rooms and one room had a faulty toilet. They smile and tell you they are sorry and they would take care of it. We come back in the night and nothing was fixed. Then they claimed the staff prior didn't leave any notes. Changed us to other rooms and one smelled like smoke. That room had no hair dryer. The beds were comfy but when I booked I specifically asked not to put me on a floor that allowed pets. They said Okay but then when I arrived they said all floors allow animals since they are pet friendly. This hotel does not care about human allergies. Sonesta will be off my hotels to stay in.
I enjoyed my stay at this Sonesta Select. It was comfortable, restful and I loved the shower. Thank you!

Not worth the price very little amenities.
Again, I was very impressed with the quality of support we received with them knowing my wife was in a wheelchair, very helpful and accommodating. I will return.
