The cool thing about Hilton Garden Inn El Paso / University is that it offers a range of amenities including a bar/lounge, parking, gym, airport shuttle, pool, restaurant, spa, and complimentary WiFi/internet.
My family and I have used this hotel several times over the years. Its location to medical hospitals has been our main reason due to its proximity to Las Palmas and Providence hospitals. They have always taken very good care of our needs, working with us when extra days have been needed, or helped us reschedule our needs. We have always been very happy with our rooms and I highly recommend them to my friends from New Mexico when they have medical procedures done in El Paso. I’ve already scheduled my room for an upcoming family surgery procedure in November.
Any time you visit UTEP or El Paso's west side, consider doing what I do: stay at the Hilton Garden Inn/University, park in the hotel parking lot, then avoid any traffic hassle by walking to the stadium, Haskins arena, fast food joints and campus area shopping.

Hotel nice, as are all Garden Inns, but was surprised when we were told we had to pay $10.00 Parking. We have never had to pay for parking. Also, no water in room as a Silver Member it should be, didnt discover until in bed, unable to go down stairs. We had a great meal in bar/lounge and our hostess was the BEST.

Stress free check in and hotel staff were continuously checking in with me during my stay to make sure my needs were met and that I was happy with choosing them for lodging. Would definitely recommend and will book again!
