We usually stay a more reserved Hotels with lower prices. Our Anniversary weekend so Let’s impress with Hilton service and luxury. King room suite with in room whirlpool tub was booked and paid for at reservation time. Upon checking in they had double booked it and didn’t even tell me. Had to go to another room expecting whirlpool tub only to find disappointment. Over all customer service was disappointing. Ice machine was out of order and rooms a little on the dirty side of clean. The extra money spent on this Hilton would have been better spent on a personal gift.

The hotel was extremely clean, I do mean CLEAN! I was impressed. The staff that I encountered were polite.
We stayed just one night. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice.
Overall great hotel. Did have lady at reservations hang up on me when I was trying to book room. Our room strangely smelled like smoke (haven't had that issue in years) Besides those two issues it is a very good hotel, good pricing and good locations for good and activities.
