Red Lion Hotel Portland Airport

Everyone works well to make the welcoming to everyone.

I will be returning to Ted Lion on my next trip.

Enjoyed our stay. Was a little pricey for some of the updates that needed to be done (e.g., the bathroom, the bathtub drain was missing and looked disgusting)..but it was a great location and we didn't hear a single firework during our stay. Very close to lots of take out restaurants. Nice, helpful staff!

Staff is very kind and take care of their patrons. Very good spot.

The staff was great, very helpful and courteous. Room and common area was very clean. Shuttle was extremely convenient to the airport. Main concern was very slick bathtub. Grateful for grab bars. There are doors between the two sections of the hotel. These are closed at night. When guest or staff entered or exited through these doors it was very loud. Could wake up guests. TV had only 9 channels to choose from. Movie feature did not work. Side exit door was broken, exit only. You could not enter. Phone service to the guest desk was out of service.

There was no breakfast as shown on the website. I did not like that I had to pay $10 a day to park my car in the parking lot during my stay. Won’t be staying there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Shuttle great! Our phone didn't work, so no wakeup call.

The hotel was clean and quiet.

This hotel was a good price, but had no elevator and was supposed to be non smoking. People were smoking in there rooms and the entire hall was smelled like weed and cigarettes. We were at the end of a hallway by an exit door and there were four guys that smoked weed morning and night on the stairs the smell came into our room so bad. And I had small children with me. I did end up complaining and nothing happened and they said they were full. Our shower was broken for two days of our stay after I called the 3rd time someone came to fix it. The handle would just turn in circles and no water would come on once it finally came on it was either freezing or scalding hot. The hair dyer was broken as well and got caught in my daughter’s hair when I told them the lady at the front said oh yeah we know already we’re getting new ones. Over all it was a really bad stay.

Great staff. Clean room.

Clean hotel and great front desk gal named Tina! She was very helpful and kind towards us. Room was clean and quiet too. Shuttle was prompt and efficient.
