This hotel is a jewel. Checked in at last minute while driving to Dallas. Reef checked me in quickly, gave information. Even a “Doggie bag” for our dog, Piper. Exceptional. Very clean tropical theme throughout the hotel and grounds.

You can't beat the ambience once you drive in. It truly is an Oasis. The bar and restaurant, Fire and Ice is just stunning. The bar is literally UCE! The bartenders are top tier, the food is over the top. Get the peanut sauce chicken skeweres, just deliouses! By far one of the best steaks I've ever had in Springfield, if anywhere and I have traveled a lot. Great rooms with balconies!
