I did not even stay at this hotel but don’t worry they charged me anyway. The 3rd party company was trying to allow a face since it was my first time needing to ever cancel but the hotel itself refused to release the funds. I called NUMEROUS times (so many I have lost track) to talk to someone about this and try to get it resolved and they just keep pushing it off on someone else. I have stayed in a BuNCH of hotels as our family enjoys traveling and I am a loyal marriot customer and frequent visitor but after this beyond horrible experience I will being looking into other hotel brands to stay for our future trips. Beyond frustrated and Disappointed if this is how they treat loyal customers how are others treated???.
