"Enjoyable experience check in was easy and staff was friendly"

The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The A/C worked very well. The hotel was quiet. We prefer no housekeeping, additional washcloths, hand towels and towels were easy to get. As well as coffee supplies. Our stay was wonderful!

Before I booked this hotel, I read a few less than stellar reviews. I'm glad now I decided to overlook them. My stay was excellent. My room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Front desk clerk Amy was very friendly and helpful. Although I didn't have a chance to sample the breakfast, I heard it was great, too. I'm happy to recommend Best Western Plus Surprise Phoenix and look forward to staying there again when I visit family.

Not very clean. Plus, the City of Phoenix doubles the room rate with fees and taxes. Bathroom wasn't filthy, but casually cleaned.

There have been no new changes.

The room was big and comfy. The breakfast was delicious. The big TV was enjoyable to watch. The only negative is the toilet stool is very low and difficult to use.

I stayed at Best Western in Surprise while I was doing the floors in my house and let me tell you this. I spent the most relaxing, fun and enjoyable time with my family while we were there. My friend came from Florida and I booked her a room in the same hotel and she absolutely loved it. I really highly recommend it. The staff, the breakfast buffet, the front desk people, the room service, they were all amazing. I had an issue with the A/C when I first arrived and they fixed it right away and then they upgraded my room to two king beds instead of two queen beds for no extra charge.
