Spent 6 nights here over the holidays. The hotel was very clean and the bed was extremely comfy. The breakfast area, food options and staff was great. I would stay there again if I return to the area.
The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The A/C worked very well. The hotel was quiet. We prefer no housekeeping, additional washcloths, hand towels and towels were easy to get. As well as coffee supplies. Our stay was wonderful!

Before I booked this hotel, I read a few less than stellar reviews. I'm glad now I decided to overlook them. My stay was excellent. My room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Front desk clerk Amy was very friendly and helpful. Although I didn't have a chance to sample the breakfast, I heard it was great, too. I'm happy to recommend Best Western Plus Surprise Phoenix and look forward to staying there again when I visit family.

Not very clean. Plus, the City of Phoenix doubles the room rate with fees and taxes. Bathroom wasn't filthy, but casually cleaned.
There have been no new changes.
The room was big and comfy. The breakfast was delicious. The big TV was enjoyable to watch. The only negative is the toilet stool is very low and difficult to use.
