I like their large and comfortable suites. The outdoor concert venue at Hollywood Casino and Hotel is one of my favorite Venus. The food and drinks selection is amazing for such a place.
Your staff was beyond pleasant and helpful. Everything was clean and very comfortable.

We attended the concert using the shuttle from the Casino. It was very well organized.
Check in line was 2+ hours long, when we got our room there was someone in it, most people were gives one three rooms with people already in them, second time everything was ok. Checkout they explained that their system had gone down and it was the first time it had happened. I would have expected with that long a line they could have manually checked the rooms for attendance. It was a cluster.
However, our room could had been better. No phone and our air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Other than that it was a great stay. We’re both military so we adapt and overcome rather easily. Thank you for being there.
They need to figure out an online option especially for big concerts near by.

The hotel room was very nice and we enjoyed it for the 9 hours we were there, but we were there for a concert at the Amphitheater and was very surprised to have to pay for the shuttle from the hotel to the concert. I think Hollywood can be better than that.

We came back from a concert and when we were getting ready for bed we heard our neighbor in the next room throwing up more than once. This morning we could hear our neighbors whole conversation. The lighting in the bathroom is very dark.
