Most hotels have switched to dispensers with nice quality shampoo, rinse, body wash.
Halls smelled of marijuana Toilet paper holder broken in my room Coffee pot in my room was missing a part and couldn’t make coffee Hotel charged 5.00 for coffee and not always available.
People who worked there were friendly and that was appreciated. However, the room was NOT clean. Had we not been so tired, we would have tried to move to another room. I'd be glad to supply photos if anyone is interested. We understand the room is old but it still should have been clean. Quite discouraging. And having just one person try to seat customers in the buffet, while going to get food from the kitchen and clearing tables and running credit cards is too much for one girl to handle. She was trying her best but customers had to wait for a refill of the eggs, sausage and even plates while she was trying to handle several things at once. The gentleman who checked us in was very kind, but he let us know that he had to "cover up" the price of the room because "that's not what you're paying for it," which let us know we were paying top dollar. .. and we got an unclean room for it. Quite discouraging.
This property offers very clean rooms with free parking. I felt safe and secure.
The motel was great, but I believe my electrical charging cord and a set of head phones which I left in my room could have been stolen. I contacted the manager. He searched for my missing items and said they weren’t in Lost and Found. The headphones were expensive and they were a Christmas present from my daughter. I am devastated by this and request that I get my items back. Please make every effort to track them down. I won’t press charges. I just want my items back. Donald Thompson 916 284 7309.
The building was safe and secure. No one could come into the hotel other than by the front lobby door.
