It was my birthday and I was treated like a queen by the staff. My daughter and I would definitely stay there again. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Exceptional cleanliness; exceptional staff.

This is our second stay and it was very delightful. The staff is very helpful. Mr. Alex with the valet, Carmela at Brel's, Valery and Reagan, our servers, were all friendly, and accommodating to our needs. We would definitely recommend this establishment and consider it if we make another trip to Cleveland.

This hotel was a random choice and we are so glad it happened. Not only is it one of the cleanest hotels we couldn't help but notice how helpful, friendly, hospitable and pleasant ALL the staff were. Room was great. Staff was superb! None better! Really comfortable place. Cannot say enough about how good the staff is, from Mr. Alex to the front desk and the parking staff and restaurant staff! Especially Star and the busboy, Brent, were very friendly and professional. If we are in Cleveland again, will definitely stay.
