I don’t mind paying the quality price for a hotel, but he has to live up to the standards and I was very disappointed based on a price I pay that the standards were not good. Folks are playing loud music in their rooms and it was very obvious. There was no privacy, the hallway Carpet Cleaning there’s no coffee in the room, complementary coffee so yes, I was so disappointed.
I was expecting a lot better granted that we spent nearly a thousand dollars but the room smelt of cigarettes the walls are thin and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, the carpet is filthy the room was half clean and the pool and hotel are all under construction so it stinks of harsh chemicals everywhere.
I was so surprised at this casino/hotel and how run down it was. Although the service was good we will not be staying at this hotel in the future.

The gentleman that checked me in was rude, no ice machines were working, the soda I bought out of coke machine was hot, no pool, watermark was closed, smelled like pot, door didn’t close unless pulled really hard. Just was very unhappy overall and would not come back to stay again.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Their website indicates a casino. There is no casino. “They are trying to get their license back!” Booked the room for 86.00, which was already paid. Checked in, there was an additional $100 fee for my dog and a $100 deposit for any possible damage. No damage. Front desk were not friendly on check in nor check out. Would not recommend nor stay at this hotel again.

My kids loved it and it was worth every dime to watch the smiles on my kid's face everything was excellent we'll be doing it again during the summer thank you.
Please must be care full when you book they never gave us the correct room and they also confirmed with front desk at the time of check in that we were in the room that we had booked at the time booking when we got the the room it was not the correct room false advertisment.
