No negatives for adult couple 58 and 66 years old. Received promised services. But can't beat location. I walked solo ocerv the Rainbow bridge for Steve Winwood concert at fallsview casino and no problems either way. Will plan for another vacation in 2026 and will not hesitate to stay here once more!

Staff was very helpful and nice but the rooms were bad I had to clean my own room .’Sorry but we will not be staying at a quality inn again!
When I booked the hotel, I was not told that there was an offsite parking structure. I couldn't find anywhere to park to even register at the hotel so I had to pay for street parking and walk in with my dog. I was then told, after asking, that there was an offsite structure. To bring in a dog crate and my belongings was not easy being two blocks away. The room was also not clean. The bedspread had stains on it and there was something on the floor of the shower that caused the water to not drain. So disappointed.
