-Converting from T8 Fluorescents to LED motion sensor lighting in emergency stairwells and the parking structure has reduced our energy consumption in those areas by 60%. -Providing a separate bin for bottles/cans to make recycling easier. Our housekeepers take the bottles/cans for reclamation, and they keep the redemption. -Optional linen change: Previously we automatically changed linen on the third day. By changing over to an "on request" method, we have reduced our linen output by 18%. This means less water/electric for laundering and less fuel burned on transport. -Towel Reuse: As is common practice in the modern age, we encourage guests to reuse their towels. A towel left on the floor will be replaced.
