For the modest cost, I wasn't expecting a penthouse, but I was disappointed with the room quality. The rooms are outside entrance only and the door was not well sealed, not to mention a hole by the door. So the first morning, there was a creeping, crawling bug on the floor by the bed. The towel rack came completely out of the wall, crashing to the floor the first time we got a towel. We got an accessible room, which was good for my husband's walker, but there was no place tall enough for me to hang my clothes. The shower curtain was dirty and that gave me pause when I took a shower. One redeeming thing: the fridge and microwave were nice and I used both. After seeing the bug and shower curtain, we chose not to have the complimentary breakfast. No review about that.
