Located in the heart of Hilo, the Grand Naniloa Hotel offers easy access to Coconut Island Park, Port of Hilo, and the Hilo Farmers Market.

The Naniloa is the best place to stay. Guest rooms are in good condition with beautiful views of Hilo Bay. The Ka Lihikai restaurant is good with moderate pricing for the Kama’aina guest. Valet parking was the only challenge. At checkout the line waiting for their cars was 30 people deep, taking 25 minutes to get our car. Other than that we enjoyed our experience and will return.
The room was clean, quiet with adequate bath supplies. When we requested more beverage supply, it was delivered promptly. Staff was friendly but professional. Bonuses … excellent view and great cookies!
The hotel claims to be grand however shower drains clog, toiletry fixtures loose, lights crooked, restaurant messing up simple order of food… twice. The food was comped however disappointed that it got to that point.

We have a full service restaurant on-site. For breakfast we offer continental buffet, full breakfast buffet, and a la carte option all for purchase. If you have a group that you are bringing that would like a breakfast inclusion with the rate we are open to discuss.
Valet or self-parking at the Grand Naniloa Resort Golf Course is included in our $39 daily resort fee. Resort fee also includes two rounds of 9 hole golf for two at our golf course, daily snorkeling for two on the Hilo Bay, two daily Big Island Breeze Cocktails, and 20% off of the KapohoKine Evening Volcano Tour.

Kamaina Rate was too expensive, friends room was half the price. The renovation is terrible. Can't open the ice box with the bathroom door closed. The bathroom door don't lock. Conditioner bottle was empty. and Still needed to pay resort fees. That should have been with the initial prepaid fees.
