The room was more than we expected. I want to give a shout out to the shuttle driver that works Monday thru Friday, his attitude and personality was above and beyond.

We have used townplace suites numerous times and each time we are treated with respect and dignity. The staff will go out of their way to assist with what you need. The morning hostess is simply awesome and truly makes it feel like home. I will continue to stay here when ever I travel to Rochester, MN. You will not regret your stay and if you are there for Mayo visits it’s even better. Love this hotel….. if you didn’t notice.
We stay at TownePlace Suites every time we are in Rochester. It is quiet,clean,friendly,has good breakfast, staff is very helpful and responsive.
The hotel practices the latest in green initiatives: energy conserving lights and dimmer control systems, energy efficient cooling/heating systems, energy star appliances, conservation of breakfast supplies by using plastic dinnerware and real silverware.
Complimentary hot buffet breakfast including eggs, sausage, waffles with nut and fruit toppings, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, muffins, breads, fresh fruit, and more! Breakfast is served 6-9:30 a.m. Monday-Friday and 7:00-10:00 a.m. on Saturday-Sunday in the main Urban Northwoods Lobby Area.
Parking for all sized vehicles. Bus parking requires advanced reservations. Parking is in a secured and climate controlled indoor parking garage with two levels. They are both below the hotel and available to guests at $15 per day. A 30-plus day stay has parking discounted to $10 per day.
Free robust internet access both hard wired and wireless is available for you 24/7.
