The hotel was extremely clean. Our room was clean and the staff was great.

I had a great stay at the Hawthorn Suites in Lubbock TX. The staff was very friendly. The amenities were fantastic along with the included breakfast. A problem on my trip caused me to stay another night, but was was not disappointed at all. My only regret was not bringing swimwear for the hot tub.
